Aidan has over 40 years of experience in the global ICT sector, primarily in leading the international Sales and Marketing operations of global software companies. Aidan was Executive Vice President of Similarity Systems, now part of Informatica Corporation (NASDAQ:INFA). During his tenure, quarterly revenues grew over 20 fold in 6 quarters.
He is Chairman of Aviation Software specialists, Flightman, www.flightman.com, and a Member of the Board of eSpatial, www.espatial.com, an Irish company that is a global leader in SaaS mapping software. He also served on the Commercial Advisory Panel of the University of Ulster and the Steering Board of IC4, the Irish Centre for Cloud Computing. Aidan is currently Chair of the External Advisory Board of IIDB/dotLAB, the Irish Institute of Digital Business www.iidb.ie.
Aidan has worked with several leading Irish and International clients including InishTech, www.inishtech.com, Microsoft, www.microsoft.com, Terminal Four, www.terminalfour.com, ViaSat, www.viasat.com and Tenego, www.tenego.com.
In addition to providing Sales Expertise and management, Aidan has also been directly involved on both the sell and buy sides of over 25 M&A transactions and was part of the Senior Management Team for Baltimore Technologies for their successful NASDAQ listing in 1999.
